How to create reinforcing bar annotations?
Answer
It is possible to create the rebar name and diameter given in CIM modeling as a rebar annotation form in the drawing.
For example, you can :

It is possible to create all rebar annotations for all reinforcing bars in the section created in Drafter.
In CIM View Mode > INFRA-DESIGN > Object Show/Hide > Rebar Annotation Show/Hide
Show/Hide Annotations of rebar can be displayed.
The shortcut is RAA

Select the section View Box window.
(View Box can be selected by dragging the mouse from right to left.)
Set options for creating reinforcing bar annotations.
Command: RAA_REBARANNOTATIONGENERATE
Select view [All(A)] : Select View Box and Enter
Entity in set: 1
Select view [All(A)] :
Object setting [Show(S) / Hide(H) / Toggle(T)] : (S)
(Settings can be adjusted to show rebar annotations with Show / Hide.)

Will the reinforcing bar annotations all overlap as shown in Fig.3 ?
Additional answer
In CIM, when 2D section is linked, the view box area is linked to the drawing including the entire pier structure.
Therefore, all reinforcing bar annotations included in the model will appear.
At this time, you can turn off the reinforcing bar object and display only the corresponding reinforcing bar annotation depending on the section use.
