Answer

Draw Plane is a function that disables any axis direction among the x / y / z axes in the grid of the CIM 3D modeling space so that the user can properly select the desired 2D plane.

Also, as a shortcut to easily define a work plane based on a 2D plane, you can change it by pressing
T(Top Plane), F(Front Plane), S(Side Plane) on the keyboard while Grid is active.
