Function
- Preview and adjust the state in which the graphic or text data on the screen will be printed, and perform the printing.
Call
From the main menu, select [File] > [Print Prewiew]
Input
When you run Print Preview, the state to be printed appears, and you can freely arrange the content to be printed using the dialog box and mouse click.

Zoom In/Zoom Out: Magnify or reduce the print preview window
Portrait/Landscape: Assign the direction of printing paper
Draw Rect.: Select an option whether to include a rectangular border (Toggle on/off)
HORZ
C: Horizontal-center alignment
L: Horizontal-left alignment
R: Horizontal-right alignment
VERT
C: Vertical-center alignment
T: Vertical-top alignment
B: Vertical-bottom alignment
Left Margin (mm): Enter the margin distance from the left edge of the paper to where the content will be printed
Upper Margin (mm): Enter the margin distance from the top edge of the paper to where the content will be printed
Width (mm): Horizontal length of the printable area
Height (mm): Vertical length of the printable area
Keep Ratio: Assign the initial vertical/horizontal screen length ratio (Toggle on/off)
Fit to Paper: Magnify or reduce the printable area to fit into the size of paper (Toggle on/off)
Once the user sets the margin, it will be saved under the Registry and the user-defined margin will be applied every time the user needs to print. Thus the user does not need to set it again.
Setting the layout and size of the print output using a mouse click
Place the mouse cursor over the print object. Hold the mouse left-clicked and drag it to adjust the position.
Place the mouse cursor over one of the four corners or centers of the four sides, then the cursor will transform itself into an arrow ( or
). Hold the mouse left-clicked and drag the mouse toward the direction of the arrow to change the size in the selected direction.
When the print setting is finished, click the Print button to display the Print dialog box. Assign the printer, print range, number of copies, etc., then click the OK button.
Please be careful when setting the size of the print content.
There are two types of print preview methods available: Open GL and Vector. The Open GL method, which is provided as the default in the program, cannot adjust the aspect ratio. If you need to adjust the aspect ratio for printing, you should use the 'Enable Vector-Based Print Out' option in the 'Graphics' section of the Preferences.
