How to generate dome shape?
Answer
To quickly generate, shell structures the Shell Wizard could be used. Rectangular box, cylindrical, spherical or semi-spherical shell structure composed of Plate Elements could be auto-generated.
From the main menu select Structure > Wizard > Base Structure > Shell
Wizard could help you generate complex structures quickly and at ease. The generated geometry could be inserted at desired location on the GCS.
Select the type of shell and enter the geometric parameters. Then from the ‘Insert’ tab specify the point of insertion and Click ‘Apply’
