Yes, you can check the mode-specific Story Shear Force and Inertia Force in the program when performing a response spectrum analysis. You can do this by selecting the desired mode in Response Spectrum Load Cases > Modal Combination Control to create a load condition.
For example, in the sample model shown below, if you select only the 1st mode and create a load condition called R1, you can then check the Story Shear Force and Inertia Force for the 1st mode.
In one mode, the sum of the Inertia Forces from the upper floors to the selected floor and the Shear Force at that floor are the same.
In other words, the sum of external forces and internal forces matches.
