[GEN/Load]When applying stiffness-proportional damping in time history analysis, can moment stiffness also be considered?

Question

For the time history analysis of RC building, it uses the nonlinear restoration characteristic of plasticity, but when applying damping, it seems that it is common to use instantaneous stiffness proportional damping.

Is it possible to apply instantaneous stiffness proportional with GEN?

Here's how to do it
If you select > "Damping Matrix Update" → "Yes" in the "Time History Load Cases" setting window, the damping matrix will be reconstructed every time step using the updated stiffness due to element yielding.

1. In the "Time History Load Cases" setting window, select > "Damping Matrix Update" → "No(Default)" to make the initial stiffness proportional.

2. In the "Time History Load Cases" setting window, select > "Damping Marix Update" → "Yes" to make the instantaneous stiffness proportional.
