Function
- Tendon coordinates are produced in spreadsheet format table.
- Table Tool in midas Civil offers a variety of powerful built-in functions. Refer to Usage of Table Tool for detail directions:
Call
From the main menu, select [Results] tab > [Type : Analysis result] > [Table] group > [Results Tables] > [Tendon] > [Tendon Coordinates]
Input
Refer to Usage of Table Tool and check the following data:
Tendon Name : Tendon Name
Refer to Tendon Profile for the tendon names automatically assigned when the Bridge Wizard is used to model the structure.
No : Sequential numbers for the purpose of producing the tendon coordinates
X : Tendon location in the x-axis; that is, the length of the element from the start of the element to the tendon location
Y : Tendon location in the y-axis; that is, the distance from the center of the element to the tendon location
Z : Tendon location in the z-axis; that is, the distance from the center of the element to the tendon location
At No equals '0', which is the starting point of the tendon, the Global Coordinates will be produced. The subsequent distance coordinates will be produced in the Element Local Coordinates relative to the center of the element (Offset defined in the Section dialog box).
