I have set a longitudinal section slope, but it only applies to the slab and not to the girder at the bottom (Eg:- PSC Beam Girder). How do I make the Curve Library object follow the layout?

Check if the object is assigned to the Rigid Path.

Rigid Path is a path that extends in a 'straight line' for a certain length from a single point. Therefore, it is used when allocating Curve Libraries (PSC Beam, PF Beam, etc.) that need to be maintained, regardless of the linear progression, to maintain a certain straight line shape.

If you want the girder to proceed in a linear shape, it is recommended to unassign the object assigned to the Rigid Path and assign it to the Main Path.
