From the Main Menu select [Design] tab > [Type : RC Design] > [Design Input Data] group > [Design Parameters] > [Boundary Element method By Wall ID]

Option
Add/Replace : Add/Replace the Boundary Element Method by Wall ID for selected members.
Delete : Delete the Boundary Element Method by Wall ID for selected members.
Boundary Element Method
Select the type of Boundary Element Method.
Displacement Based Method : Select the Displacement Based Method as specified in clause 21.9.6.2 of ACI318-08/11/14/19.
Stress based method : Select the Stress based method as specified in clause 21.9.6.3 of ACI318-08/11/14/19.
Bottom Story : Select the story to be considered as bottom story.
