Enter vehicle loads specified in KSCE-LSD15.
The Vehicles KSCE-LSD15 function can be found in the Civil NX main menu,select
[Load] tab > [Moving Load(Type)] group > [Moving Load Code] Menu > [Vehicles] Menu
