How to Run

[Draw Diaphragm Mode]

  • Ribbon Menu > [Stiffener] Group > Draw Diaphragm > ManHole

 

 

Explanation

Property

Define the properties of the manhole.

 

ManHole [Property] Explanation

Property Tab

[Name]

Assign a name to the manhole.

 

[Shape]

Section Type - Select the cross-sectional shape of the manhole. Enter the dimensions according to the selected cross-sectional shape.

Type 1 (Box) : Height, Width, Fillet Radius

Type 2 (Track) Horizontal : Height, Width

Type 3 (Track) Vertical : Height, Width

Type 4 (Half Track) Vertical: Height, Width, Fillet Radius

Type 5 (Round) : Diameter

 

[Cardinal Point]
Set the position where the manhole section will be placed.
Use the dropdown menu to define the location of the manhole section.
The default setting is Center-Bottom.

[Manhole Stiffener]

Set the detailed shape of the manhole stiffener.

Coming Type

Material

Width : Protrusion width

Thickness : Section thickness

Flat Stiffener Type

Material

Width : Protrusion width

Thickness : Section thickness

Gap Distance : Distance between the

manhole and the manhole stiffener

Protrusion Length : Protrusion length of the manhole stiffener

Reverse Direction

Reverse the direction of the manhole stiffener surrounding the manhole.
