Explanation

Common Tab

[Classification]

Set the classification properties of the rebar group.

Name : Enter the name of the rebar group.

Rebar Type : Displays the rebar type.

Grade : Sets the material grade of the rebar group.

[Specification]

Sets the specification of the rebar group.

Code : Sets the rebar specification.

Diameter : Select the rebar diameter. This is enabled only when a code is selected.

Nominal Diameter : Enter the nominal diameter of the rebar.

Bending Radius : Enter the bending radius of the rebar.

Maximum Length : Displays the length of the longest rebar within the rebar group.

Minimum Length : Displays the length of the shortest rebar within the rebar group.

Detailed Explanation (Diameter)

Diameter : This is enabled only when a ‘Code’ is selected.

[Cover Thickness]

Sets the cover property that adjusts the position of the rebar group in the member.

From Start/End Plane : Enter the rebar cover thickness from the start and end planes.

From Plane Cover Align Center : Sets the criteria for ‘From Plane’.

[Hook]

Set the shape of a hook.

Differenct Start/End Hook : Set whether to apply hook settings differently to the start and end point of the hook.

Hook Type : Select the type of hook.

Angle : Enter the angle of the hook.

Length : Enter the length of the hook.

Detailed Explanation (Hook)

Differenct Start/End Hook

Off : Applies same hook settings to start and end point of the hook.

On : Applies different hook settings to start and end point of the hook. This enables the Start/End Point Tab button.

Hook Type : Select the hook type based on the angle.

No Hook : The hook is not created.

Custom Hook : The hook is created based on the hook angle entered by the user.

±180°, ±135°, ±90° : The hook is created according to the information specified in ‘Rebar
Specification’. For this setting, the angle/radius/length cannot be set manually.

Array Tab

[Shape Option]

Set the shape of the Stirrup.

Width : Enter the width of the Stirrup. By default, a 4-point Stirrup is created, but if the value is 0, a 2-point Stirrup is created.

Tolerance : Enter tolerances for width, transverse spacing, and longitudinal spacing. Based on the values entered by the user and the specified tolerances, the Stirrup will be arranged.

[Transverse Arrangement]

Set the Stirrup's transverse spacing.

Different Master/Slave : Apply Transverse Spacing of Master and Slave Rebar Group separately.

Arrangement : Set the array method and enter the spacing.

Start Ratio : Set the starting position of the Stirrup's transverse array.

Start/End Spacing : Enter the distance from the start and end points. Start spacing is the distance from the position determined by the start ratio.

Detailed Explanation (Transverse Arrangement)

Pattern Spacing : Arrange according to the entered spacing. Do not arrange for any remaining values less than the entered spacing.

User Defined : Arrange the rebars using user-defined spacing.

Ex) 3@200, 400, 5@150
Ex) 0 : Only 1 column is arranged.

[Longitudinal Arrangement]

Set the Stirrup's longitudinal spacing.

Arrangement : Set the array method and enter the spacing.
