Fitting Principles for Section Lines

This section explains how Fitting works when Section Lines intersect.

How Section Line's Fitting works

The Target Section Line is fitted by the Tool Section Line.

The Section Line in the parent row becomes the Tool for the Section Line in the child row.

Level is checked, it will have the same Tool Level as the parent row.

If lines of the same level intersect, no fit is performed.

The fit is applied only at the intersection of the section lines.

Detailed Explanation (Fitting of Section Line)

The Target object fits the front face of the Tool object.

Tool and Target are applied 1:1.

Creates a Section Line on the longer edge if the Target Section Line is separated by the Tool.
