Summary

  • This feature translates an object along a certain distance.

 

 

How to Run

  • Ribbon Menu > [Edit] Tab > [Translate] Group > Move

 

 

Explanation

2 Points Method

This method moves an object from one location to other in a straight line by entering the direction and distance.

 

 

[Select Target]

Select the target object to translate.

 

[Method]

2 Points : Translates the object along a straight line by entering the direction and distance.

Direction & Distance : Translates the object by setting the direction and distance.

 

[Generate]

After clicking the Line (2 Points) button, set the direction and direction on the screen.

 

[Preview Level]

Sets the style of the Preview that shows where it will be placed.

Direction & Distance Method

This method moves the object by setting the direction vector and entering the distance.

 

 

[Select Target]

[Direction Vector]

Set the direction by entering the Direction Vector.

 

[Distance]

Enter the translation distance.
