Explanation
Property Tab
[Tolerance]
When auto-creating the mesh, set the merge tolerance to combine to two or mode nodes into a single node.
[Seed Control]
Curve Sensitivity : Sets the sensitivity of the curve.
Use Geometry Proximity : If turned On, the mesh is created using.
Use Adaptive Seed : If turned On, the mesh quality can be improved using the Adaptive Seed feature that adaptively adjusts the mesh size.
Adaptive Seed Factor : Sets the adaptive seed factor to adaptively adjust the mesh size.
[Surface Mesh Control]
Element Type : Sets the shape of the 2D mesh.
Tri+Quad : Creates a mesh using triangular and quadrilateral elements.
Triangle : Creates a mesh using only triangular elements.
Quadrilateral : Created a mesh using only quadrilateral elements.
Optimization Level : Sets the level of optimization to apply when creating the 2D mesh.
Size Growth Rate : Sets the size growth rate that is applied to the 2D mesh. The element density can be further set to improve the mesh quality.
Try Mapped Mesh : When turned on, a mapped mesh is applied to the 2D mesh.
Use Pattern Mesh : When turned on, a consistent pattern is applied to the 2D mesh.
Angle Criteria : Sets the angle criteria for the elements in the created 2D mesh.
Length Ratio Criteria : Sets the length ratio criteria for the elements in the created 2D mesh.
Modify Analyis Model
Modifies the existing analysis model.
Right-click the analysis model in the Works Tree and use the Modify menu to confirm or modify the analysis case.
