Custom Field

Summary

This function defines the data in various formats that you want.

  • A Custom Field consists of a Key/Value, both of which must be defined by the user.
  • One field can be assigned to multiple objects according to the field configuration.
  • It is not possible to create duplicate fields.

 

 

How to Run

  • Ribbon Menu > [Base] Tab > [Data] Group > Field > Custom Field

 

 

Explanation

Define Custom Field

Define the Custom Field information.

 

 

[Select Custom Field]

Select the Custom Field for which you want to confirm or edit data

 

[Name]

Name of the Custom Field

 

[Description]

Description of a Custom Field

 

[Field Configuration]

The number of Field Configurations in which the Custom Field is registered.

This is automatically displayed as the number of times the field has been applied to a Field Configuration.

 

[Data Group]

Select the Data Group for the Custom Field

 

[Value Type]

Select the type of Custom Field. The available types are

List

Boolean

Integer

Number

Length : mm / cm / m / km / in / ft / yd / mile

Area : mm² / cm² / m² / km² / in² / ft² / yd² / mile²

Volume : mm³ / cm³ / m³ / km³ / in³ / ft³ / yd³ / mile³

Angle

Slope

URL

Date

Weight : kgf / tonf / N / kN / lbf / kips

Time

Unit

For Length, Area , Volume, and Weight, select the Unit option, Other Value Types can be entered directly.

 

[List Option]

Enter options when Value Type is List

 

[Create]

Create a new Custom Field

 

[Modify]

Modify the selected Custom Field

 

[Delete]

Delete the selected Custom Field

You can view the field configuration through the Field Viewer, where the field configuration is configured as a Custom Field.
