How to modify rebar colors?

In CIM, when using rebar modelling function, to identify different rebars according to the diameter, color palette
function is available in the RGB coding format. This function allows users to setup or modify the display of
reinforcement bars with individual colors. An example of the above is illustrated in the video below.
