Details on each Function
The data in the Result Table can be handled using Folders to improve efficiency when updating and parsing data in MS Excel and MIDAS NX. The user can divide the tables by purpose or sequence, and can control them partially or fully.
Result Table
Create a folder with specifications
- The user can add a new folder by clicking Add Folder.
Folder Specifications
- Import All: Import all set data from MIDAS NX into MS Excel, following the user’s folder and table data settings.
- Status: Notice to the user whether the MIDAS Connector is connected to your MIDAS NX or not.
- Data Processing: After starting processes, you can check the progress of all work processing.
- More options: The user can control the folder via this button. Add data, Import only selected folder data, Rename the folder name, and Delete folder including all table data.
- The user can change the data folder and sequence on the folder page.
Adding data Specifications
- The user can add new table data by clicking Add Data or extending this
icon and selecting Add Data.
- The user can select table properties here and designate the start cell via table settings.
- Select Data type and Specific Type (Only supported items show in the droplist)
- The table name is automatically generated based on the data type; however, the user can edit it.
- Depending on the result, the user can select the Construction Stage option.
- When the data is selectable or sortable, this panel will be displayed, allowing the user to select based on their needs.
- Select the global units and start cell and folder for the last step.
- The user can input a JSON body in this section.
- A pretty button will help to rearrange the JSON structure and validation.

Table ↔︎ JSON convertible data
- If you are familiar with JSON, you can also enter it directly in the JSON tab.
- The Table and JSON tabs are interchangeable. Once you select properties in the Table tab, you can find the matching JSON data in the JSON tab.
- If the user needs more specific settings beyond the table, they can use the JSON tab.
