How to load libraries from catalog in a model?
Answer
In CIM, to ease the modelling process, several pre-defined libraries are available in the database. This includes
categories of Superstructure components from Girders, Deck Slabs and Sub-Structure components like
Abutments, Piers or even the Bearings. These libraries can be employed in a project to quicky develop the
geometric model. Additionally, the parameterization function allows users to re-use these libraries at several
instances in same projects or even for multiple project models. An example highlighting the above is illustrated in
the video below.
