Is there a way to view the manual in an environment where the internet is not available?

Answer

Basically, if you press the 'F1' key in the program you are using, the manual will be executed.

However, in this case, an internet connection is required. Even in an environment where the internet is not connected, you can directly execute the manual file and check the manual.

1) Refer to the table below and move to the path where the manual for the program is installed.

2) Run the '.chm' extension file in that path.

3) The chm file can be used as an offline manual that can be viewed even in an environment where the internet connection is not smooth.
