Prescribed Temperature

  • In heat of hydration analysis, the restrictions applied to the stress analysis model are convection limit, adiabatic limit, and prescribed temperature limit. The prescribed temperature limit corresponds to the surface having no temperature change, such as a ground surface.

From the main menu, select [Load] tab > [Type : Heat of Hydration] > [Heat of Hydration Analysis Data] group > [Prescribed Temp.]

Boundary Group Name

Select the Boundary Group Name, which contains the entered boundary condition. Select "Default" if a Group definition is unnecessary. Click the ... button to the right to prompt the Define Boundary Group dialog box to add or modify groups.

Add : Add a constant temperature to the selected nodes.

Replace : Modify a prescribed temperature previously defined.

Delete : Delete a prescribed temperature previously defined.

Enter the Prescribed Temperature.
