Function
- This function assigns whether load cases are short-term or long term. In addition, short term load cases can be classified into X and Y direction. Stress from long-term load cases is compared to the long term allowable stress in design while stress from long-term and short-term load cases is compared to the short term allowable stress. The feature can be effectively used during the design as per the design code which requires allowable stress to vary with load combinations.

This function is available only in Eurocode 2, 3 and Japanese Design Code (Steel: AIJ-ASD02, RC: AIJ-WSD99, SRC: AIJ-SRC01).
