[CAD ID] How to hide the drawing view boundary boxes for better visualization while placing drawing views on a sheet?

Question

How to hide the drawing view boundary boxes for better visualization while placing drawing views on a sheet?

Answer

Consider that different drawing views have already been placed on the drawing sheet in CAD Mode of CAD INFRA DESIGN, as shown in the image below.

We will use the 'Hide Objects' option to hide the drawing view boundary boxes. This can be achieved by following the steps below:

1. Select the boundary boxes of the drawing views that need to be hidden using the mouse cursor. Multiple drawing view boxes can be selected by holding the 'Ctrl' key while clicking on each drawing view boundary box. Once selected, the boundary boxes are highlighted as shown below.

2. Right-click anywhere in the drawing.

3. Select the 'Isolate' Option from the list.

4. Select the 'Hide Objects' Option.

Now, the drawing view boundary boxes will be hidden, as shown in the image below.

If you want to display the hidden boundary boxes, you can do so by using the 'End Object Isolation' option. Right-click > Isolate > End Object Isolation, as shown in the image below.
