How to resolve the 'Cannot Cognize Command' error in CAD ID?

Sometimes, when working with CAD ID, users may encounter the 'Cannot Cognize Command' error in the following scenarios:
Case 1: When a drawing view is created in CIM and you try to view it in CAD ID, the error "Cannot Cognize Command SYNCDB" will be displayed.
Case 2: When you double-click on the drawing views listed in the 'Item' Panel in CIM Mode of CAD ID, the error "Cannot Cognize Command SHOPVIEW GENERATE" will be displayed.
Case 3: When you type any CAD ID-specific commands (such as CIMUSERSECTION, CHANGEMODE, etc.) in the command box, the "Cannot Cognize Command" error will be displayed.
