How to annotate a tendon cable in CAD ID?
Answer
In CAD INFRA DESIGN, to add labels and annotations to various components in a drawing view a function is
available. This function is called Tendon Annotation. An example of adding tendon annotation is highlighted in
the steps below.
Step 1 - In the CAD ID interface, click on INFRA DESIGN icon.
From the dropdown menu of Infra Design, in the sub option of Object Show/Hide.
Step 2 - Click on, Tendon Annotation Show/Hide
In the model space, use the cursor choose the view region
Step 3- Click on view region
Step 4 - Press Enter/Spacebar on the keyboard to proceed.
The command bar displays message window, Object Setting [Show(S)/Hide(H)/Toggle(T)]
Step 5 - Enter the Alphabet (S) Enter/Spacebar
The model space displays the annotation for the tendon cables
Here, in the annotation 1 is the number of tendons and T1 is the name of the tendon added the CIM model
