Serviceability Load Combination

Function 

Assigns service load combinations for post-tensioned slab serviceability checks. The selected load combinations are categorized as Initial, Sustained, and Total loading conditions for stress and serviceability evaluation.

 

Call

From the Main Menu 

select [Post Tension] tab > [Design] group > [Design Parameters] > [Serviceability Load Combination]

 

Input

Load Combinations: Displays the list of load combinations defined in the model and available for serviceability evaluation.

Initial Load: Assign load combinations representing the initial loading condition immediately after prestress transfer.

Sustained Load: Assign load combinations representing long-term sustained loading conditions used for creep, shrinkage, and long-term stress evaluations.

Total Load: Assign load combinations representing the total service load condition, including all applicable service loads.

 

Move Right (→): Transfers the selected load combination from the available load combination list to the selected loading condition category.

Move Left (←): Removes the selected load combination from the assigned loading condition category and returns it to the available load combination list.

 

OK: Save the serviceability load combination assignments.

Close: Close the dialog without applying changes.
