How to fix singularity errors?

Answer

In GTS NX, singularity errors can occur for various reasons. One possible cause is non-connectivity between solids. To address this, it is recommended to use the auto-connect solids function with the Boolean method.

Note: The engineer must delete the existing mesh set, use the auto-connect option, and re-mesh the model.

The procedure for the Boolean method is shown in the following Figure.
