Question
How to Scale Geometry?
Answer
Scale the target object with reference to a point. This command can be applied regardless of the type of shape and the [Copy] option can be used to leave the original object and only move the copied object.
Step 1: Select the geometry you want to scale.
Step 2: Specify the reference point coordinates. This point will act as the anchor from which scaling is applied.
Step 3: Choose one of the following scale methods:
-
-
[Uniform]: Scales the object equally along all axes.
-
[Non-Uniform]: Scales the object differently along each axis (X, Y, and Z, based on the Global Coordinate System).
-
Step 4: Use the [Copy] option if you want to scale a duplicate and keep the original object unchanged.
