How to move the work plane?

Answer

For easier geometry creation, the work plane can be moved to the desired location. The default work plane location is as shown below.

To move the work plane 100 meters in the Y direction, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Model Works tree.
2. Right-click on the work plane and select Move.
3. Select Reference Plane as the move method, or choose other methods based on the requirement.
4. Select the ZX work plane (highlighted in green) and enter an offset distance of 100m.
5. Click OK.

The reference plane can be selected as shown below.

The changed work plane location is shown below.
